Feature Home – Low Country

Happy Hump Day y’all! Today, we are headin’ down south for the mid week feature.  This super stylish COZY home that is a whopping  464 square feet is located in Alabama.

This home was designed by Jeffery Dungan who paired up with Clayton Homes.

The “Low Country” has everything that you would look for in a standard home.  Let’s start in the kitchen –  stainless steel appliances with a 30″ fridge (which is amazing for a “tiny home”), a bar top that can seat 4 people, quartz countertops, and GORGEOUS oak hardwood flooring.

Sounds pretty awesome right?

The french doors paired with high cathedral ceilings and 2 walls of energy efficient windows really open up the space and make it feel grand. Just look at those stunning exposed beams!

The master bedroom is located on the main floor and can suit a queen sized bed along with a full height closet (HELLO!!) and a built in desk.

When can I move in?

The bathroom has beautiful grey shiplap walls, and white subway tile in the bathtub surround. Thats right.. there’s actually a bathtub!!

Alright.. let’s look at that front porch. OH! And don’t forget the fact that it’s right on the water. What a space, hey?

I love that this house doesn’t feel “tiny” at all. The furnishings they have chosen give it that perfect “farmhouse modern” feel, and doesn’t skip on comfort. I think having a full size closet, as well as a bathtub, a built in desk, a washer / dryer, ANNNNND a dishwasher make this home a crowd pleaser!! Geez, what a list!

What do you guys think? How quickly would you down size your life to live here? Let a girl know, and leave a comment!

Thanks for reading ladies and gents, now go crush the remainder of the week!!
